More than just apparel - we're building community
When our daughter went to high school and made the women's tennis team we began to realize, short of tranportation and a few sleeves of balls, there was limited funds to support both the women's and men's teams. Uniforms that were over 5 years old, in limited sizes, made it so that our athletes had to be creative in making it work. Parents sewed hems and took in waists, the girls pulled together to match the best they could. Needless to say, the uniforms didn't invoke pride.
In year 2, we decided to see if we could start the process of building the team apparel so that when the team walked the halls of their high school, they felt proud to rep their school and proud to be on the tennis team. Everywhere we looked, custom short run apparel was not within our financial reach, minimums per size were way to many and no one would allow us to bring our own apparel. Afterall, we only needed a few. And that's how "Just a Few Apparel" was born.

As word got around to athletes, parents and coaches that we were doing it on our own we found our niche; a local custom apparel shop specializing in limited runs for teams and organizations. Leveraging a background in fundraising our goal is to help our underfunded organizations and sports teams be proud, look good, play hard and ... afford more than a couple sleeves of balls and a bus ride.
